Daarom zoeken ze een Data Migratie Consultant, iemand die organisaties begrijpt waar datamigraties en systeemintegraties dagelijkse realiteit zijn. Jij weet hoe je in zulke omgevingen opereert, in welke rol dan ook: als consultant, lead of adviseur. Je combineert overzicht met betrokkenheid en zorgt dat trajecten succesvol en veilig worden afgerond. Functieomschrijving Als Data Migratie Consultant ben jij thuis in omgevingen waar datamigraties en systeemintegraties centraal staan. Je hebt in verschillende rollen, als consultant, teamlead of adviseur ervaring opgedaan in zulke trajecten en weet wat er komt kijken: de technische complexiteit, de stakeholderdynamiek én de valkuilen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren, onderhouden en door ontwikkelen van het portfolio van enterprise data-diensten, inclusief Enterprise Data as a Service (EDaaS). Je vertaalt de behoeften van stakeholders naar concrete verbeteringen in tools en frameworks, en je zorgt dat deze schaalbaar, gestandaardiseerd en herbruikbaar zijn voor zowel interne als externe professionals. Naast delivery en portfolio ben je ook een trusted advisor. Je ondersteunt projectteams met coaching, best practices en kant-en-klare assets. Je signaleert terugkerende problemen en werkt proactief aan structurele oplossingen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van data-operaties en houdt governance en security hoog op de agenda. Je werkt als niet-lijnmanager binnen het consulting team, rapporteert aan de Team Manager Consulting Services, en bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, projectteams en data exchange experts binnen Otherside.
