Als Master Data Officer ben jij de centrale schakel voor alle data in het ERP-systeem. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles correct, volledig en up-to-date staat. Jouw werk is essentieel voor een vlotte productie, facturatie en levering.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Beheren en aanmaken van master data in het ERP-systeem, van grondstof tot stuklijst
  • Kwaliteit, consistentie en volledigheid van data bewaken
  • Vertalen van productinformatie (ingrediënten, allergenen, voedingswaarden) naar correcte systeemdata
  • Intensief samenwerken met Kwaliteit en Productie
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor collega's met ERP-vragen
  • Fouten signaleren en verbeterpunten documenteren
  • Opstellen van duidelijke werkinstructies
  • Actief meedenken over datastandaardisatie en digitalisering van processen
  • Data-extracties en rapportages opvragen voor audits, klanten en interne analyses (Sales, Finance, Productie)
  • Zorgen voor een feilloos bijgewerkt systeem waar iedereen op kan rekenen

Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in de verdere digitalisering van een productiebedrijf en écht impact maken? Solliciteer snel!

  • Minimaal een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met Master Data Management of ERP-beheer, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving (voeding is een pluspunt)
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk procesmatig inzicht
  • Vlot zelfstandig én communicatief: je haalt actief input op bij collega's
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands (spreken en schrijven)
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en gevorderde kennis van Excel
  • Engels en Frans zijn een pluspunt
  • Hands-on mentaliteit, flexibel en graag ownership binnen een klein team
