Als Data & Process Improvement Specialist help je onze organisatie slimmer en efficiënter werken met data. Je duikt in rapporteringen, datastromen en processen, en zorgt ervoor dat informatie uit verschillende ERP-systemen helder, betrouwbaar en bruikbaar wordt.

Je focust vooral op de inhoud: data analyseren, inzichten bouwen en vooral processen verbeteren. Je werkt samen met controllers en collega’s uit verschillende business units binnen de Danis Groep om hen te ondersteunen met sterke analyses en duidelijke dashboards. Geen klassieke managementrol, wel een hands-on specialistische functie waarin je echt het verschil maakt.

Wat je concreet doet

  • Je focust vooral op processen in kaart brengen en verbeteringen uitwerken én implementeren
  • Automatiseren en verbeteren van rapporteringen en datastromen
  • Data verzamelen, koppelen en analyseren uit verschillende ERP-systemen
  • Intensief werken met Excel, Power BI en ERP-systemen
  • Meewerken aan projecten die verschillende teams en afdelingen verbinden
  • Ondersteunen van strategische doelstellingen via het OGSM-model
  • Actief bijdragen aan het standaardiseren en professionaliseren van processen
  • Masteropleiding in een economische richting (TEW, Handelsingenieur of gelijkaardig)
  • Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en een oplossingsgerichte houding
  • Interesse of ervaring in data-analyse, rapportering en businessprocessen
  • Goede kennis van Excel; ervaring met ERP en Power BI is een sterke plus
  • Je werkt graag samen en kan complexe info helder uitleggen
  • Proactieve mindset en goesting om bij te leren en impact te maken
