OpenSTEF is een open source forecastingpakket voor korte termijn ( Doel en inhoud van de opdracht - Zorgdragen voor een volledig draaiende OpenSTEF-implementatie voor de 23.000 LS-transformatorpunten met features voor kwaliteitsverbetering. - Samen met data scientists, machine-learning engineers, de Product Owner en stakeholders bepalen welke verbeteringen de meeste forecastwinst opleveren. - Onderzoeken, implementeren en valideren van verbeteringen, met expliciete aandacht voor productiegeschiktheid, uitlegbaarheid en herbruikbaarheid. - Analyse van de huidige forecastkwaliteit en selectie van locaties, horizons en situaties met het grootste verbeterpotentieel. - Backtesting en benchmarken van OpenSTEF-methoden tegenover de bestaande referentie, met passende kwaliteitsmetrics en segmentatie. - Ontwikkelen van verbeteringen voor lastige patronen (flatlines, pieken, ontbrekende waarden, onvoorspelbare assets, beperkte historische data). - Experimenten met modelselectie, ensembles, kalibratie en betrouwbaarheidsintervallen. - Verkenning en validatie van foundation-model-capabilities zodra deze toepasbaar en verantwoord inzetbaar zijn. - Vertaling van succesvolle experimenten naar onderhoudbare Python-code, tests, configuratie en reproduceerbare pipelines. - Verbetering van monitoring op forecastkwaliteit, datakwaliteit en modelgedrag. - Bijdragen aan OpenSTEF (issues, documentatie, reviews, pull requests) wanneer relevant voor de community. - Kennisoverdracht aan het team en heldere documentatie van keuzes, resultaten en vervolgstap...
