Binnen de afdeling Medische Technologie van het Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis zoeken wij een Data scientist / klinisch informaticus voor 36 uur per week Je maakt gegevens uit het elektronisch patiëntendossier (EPD), medische apparatuur en het PACS bruikbaar voor de zorgpraktijk. Denk aan het eerder herkennen van klinische afwijkingen of het voorspellen van patiëntdoorstroming. Daarbij heb je oog voor de hele data- en beeldenketen: van vastlegging en opslag tot analyse, hergebruik en langdurige bewaring. Wat ga je doen? Data science vormt de kern van je werk. Samen met zorgprofessionals vertaal je klinische en organisatorische vragen naar analyses en voorspellingsmodellen. Je ontsluit en combineert gegevens, beoordeelt de datakwaliteit en valideert modellen. Je legt resultaten en beperkingen helder uit en denkt mee over veilige toepassing in de praktijk. Daarnaast werk je aan klinische informaticavraagstukken, zoals de inrichting en koppeling van medische informatiesystemen en de introductie van medische software. Je denkt mee over hoe gegevens en beelden ook op langere termijn toegankelijk en bruikbaar blijven, met aandacht voor privacy, informatiebeveiliging en patiëntveiligheid. Samen met collega's van Medische Technologie en ICT draag je bij aan het beheer en de ontwikkeling van servers en applicaties. Je helpt technische problemen oplossen en toepassingen betrouwbaar beschikbaar houden. Wat breng je mee? Je hebt een stevige basis in data science en een brede technische interesse.
