Voor een sterk groeiende organisatie met een ruime aanwezigheid in Vlaanderen wordt momenteel gezocht naar een ervaren data specialist ter uitbreiding van het centrale Data & BI-team. Het bedrijf ondersteunt honderden medewerkers verspreid over tientallen locaties en bevindt zich door recente uitbreidingen en overnames in een stroomversnelling. Om de toenemende stroom aan bedrijfsinformatie te stroomlijnen, investeert de onderneming gericht in het opzetten van een solide, toekomstbestendig dataplatform.

In deze functie versterk je het analytics-team en werk je nauw samen met IT-collega's, applicatiebeheerders en externe partners. Je vormt de cruciale verbinding tussen de operationele afdelingen en de IT-omgeving door bedrijfsprocessen grondig te analyseren en om te zetten in waardevolle inzichten. Naast het ontwikkelen van overzichtelijke dashboards bouw je mee aan een geavanceerde data-architectuur waarin moderne toepassingen zoals AI en Copilot optimaal benut kunnen worden.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken en bedrijfsprocessen naar heldere KPI's en duurzame rapportage-oplossingen.
  • Je brengt gegevens uit uiteenlopende bronsystemen zoals ERP en CRM samen om performante Power BI-dashboards te creëren.
  • Je waarborgt de kwaliteit, uniformiteit en beveiliging van alle bedrijfsdata over de verschillende onderdelen heen.
  • Je richt datastructuren en semantische modellen zo in dat eindgebruikers vlot inzichten kunnen opvragen via AI-tools.
  • Je beheert projecten van de initiële analyse tot de uiteindelijke oplevering in nauwe samenwerking met het IT-team.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een relevant bachelor- of masterdiploma en hebt reeds ervaring opgebouwd binnen een data- of analytics-omgeving.
  • Je heeft een sterke kennis van Power BI, DAX en SQL, aangevuld met een goed inzicht in datamodellering.
  • Je denkt van nature analytisch, begrijpt bedrijfsprocessen snel en weet vlot te communiceren met diverse belanghebbenden.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en kunt je eveneens professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent bereid om je flexibel te verplaatsen naar de verschillende regionale vestigingen van de groep.
