Als BI & Analytics specialist vertaal je businessvragen naar schaalbare data- en rapporteringsoplossingen. Je werkt end-to-end: van analyse en data-integratie tot datamodellering, Power BI en adoptie door de business. Zo bouw je mee aan één betrouwbaar datafundament voor de volledige groep.

Je bouwt niet alleen rapportering, maar legt ook mee de basis voor een omgeving waarin medewerkers via AI en Copilot op een eenvoudige en betrouwbare manier inzichten uit bedrijfsdata kunnen verkrijgen.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega Data Engineer / BI developer. Jullie zijn beiden end-to-end inzetbaar, met complementaire accenten. Jouw focus ligt op businessanalyse, stakeholdermanagement en het vertalen van behoeften naar oplossingen, terwijl je ook technisch meebouwt aan het data- en rapporteringsplatform.

Wat je concreet doet

  • Je analyseert businessvragen, processen, KPI’s en rapporteringsbehoeften.
  • Je vertaalt deze naar duurzame data-, analyse- en rapporteringsoplossingen.
  • Je integreert en modelleert data uit ERP, CRM, e-commerce, PIM en andere bronnen.
  • Je ontwikkelt gebruiksvriendelijke Power BI-rapporten en ondersteunt de adoptie ervan.
  • Je bewaakt de datakwaliteit, uniforme definities, performantie, beveiliging en toegangsbeheer.
  • Je bereidt datasets, definities en semantische modellen voor, zodat gebruikers via Copilot en natuurlijke taal betrouwbare antwoorden uit bedrijfsdata kunnen krijgen.
  • Je neemt ownership van analyse tot oplevering en werkt nauw samen met de business, IT en externe partners.

Projecten waar je aan werkt

Als BI & Analytics Specialist werk je mee aan strategische data- en rapporteringsprojecten die de verdere groei en digitalisering van de organisatie ondersteunen, waaronder:

  • Integratie van nieuwe databronnen binnen het datawarehouse.
  • Ontwikkeling van KPI’s, dashboards en rapportering in Power BI.
  • Ondersteuning van ERP-, CRM-, e-commerce- en PIM-projecten vanuit het data- en rapporteringsluik.
  • Integratie van nieuwe bedrijven en hun data na overnames.
  • Harmonisatie van data, definities en rapportering over de verschillende bedrijfsentiteiten heen.
  • Uitbouw van een centraal dataplatform dat betrouwbare inzichten levert aan de volledige organisatie.

Technische kennis Je hoeft niet in elk technisch domein dé specialist te zijn. We zoeken vooral iemand met een sterke end-to-end blik, die business en technologie verbindt en zich nieuwe technologie snel eigen maakt.

Wat je zeker beheerst:

  • Ervaring met Power BI en DAX.
  • Ervaring met het bouwen van end-to-end BI-oplossingen.
  • Kennis van SQL en relationele databanken.

Wat je bij onze klant verder kunt uitbouwen:

  • Kennis van datamodellering en ETL.
  • Kennis van SQL Server, T-SQL en SSAS.
  • Kennis van Jet Data Manager en Jet Reports.
  • Kennis van Azure DevOps of vergelijkbare tools.
  • Kennis van Copilot, AI en natuurlijke taal op bedrijfsdata.
