Data Stageopdracht Versterken van Data Governance binnen Rotterdam The Hague Airport Binnen Rotterdam The Hague Airport neemt het belang van betrouwbare, toegankelijke en goed beheerde data continu toe. Het datateam ondersteunt besluitvorming met dashboards, rapportages en analyses. Om deze rol verder te professionaliseren is inzicht nodig in de huidige volwassenheid van data governance en de verbeteringen die nodig zijn om te voldoen aan het niveau dat passend is voor een middelgrote organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Tijdens deze stageonderzoek je de huidige situatie rondom data governance binnen Rotterdam The Hague Airport. Je voert een nulmeting uit, brengt kansen voor verbetering in kaart en ontwikkelt een praktisch verbeterplan. Daarnaast werk je één of meerdere verbeterinitiatieven uit en help je deze te realiseren. Je richt je daarbij onder andere op data-eigenaarschap, datakwaliteit, beschikbaarheid van data, documentatie, definities, monitoring en governanceprocessen. Tot slot maak je de impact van de verbeteringen meetbaar met behulp van KPI's. Het eindresultaat is een praktisch uitvoerbaar verbeterplan, aangevuld met concrete verbeteringen en handvatten waarmee RTHA de voortgang en kwaliteit van data governance ook in de toekomst kan blijven monitoren. Over RTHA Rotterdam The Hague Airport (RTHA) is een regionale luchthaven met ambitieuze doelstellingen op het gebied van verduurzaming, innovatie, de passagiersbeleving en verbinding met de regio. Rotterdam The Hague Airport is onderdeel van de Royal Schiphol Group en ontleent haar bestaansrecht aan haar bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van de regio, welke verder gaat dan het faciliteren van luchtvaart.
