We nemen verantwoordelijkheid, tonen lef, blijven leren en maken impact. Samen zetten we ons elke dag in voor toegankelijke en betaalbare zorg voor iedereen. Als Data Steward Zorg en Zorgkantoor ben jij samen met de data eigenaren verantwoordelijk voor het borgen van de kwaliteit, integriteit en betrouwbaarheid van data binnen onze processen. Je werkt voor 50% voor de divisie Zorg van de Zorgverzekeraar en voor 50% voor het Zorgkantoor. Daarmee beweeg je je tussen twee verschillende, maar nauw verbonden werkvelden binnen CZ. Je komt in een fase die cruciaal is voor het succes van de verdere digitalisering van onze zorginkoop- en uitvoeringsprocessen en voor de verantwoorde inzet van AI. Betrouwbare, beschikbare en goed gedefinieerde data en een goed ingericht datamanagement vormen hiervoor de basis. Zonder deze basis kunnen we digitalisering en AI-toepassingen niet verantwoord realiseren. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze basis er wél komt. Samen met je collega data steward richt je je op het versterken van datagedreven werken binnen de kernprocessen van zowel de divisie Zorg van de Zorgverzekeraar als het Zorgkantoor. Je verbindt de vraagstukken, belangen en ontwikkelingen van beide organisatieonderdelen en richt je op de plekken waar data en AI daadwerkelijk het verschil kunnen maken. Wat ga je doen? - Je brengt datakwaliteit en datamanagement binnen de divisie Zorg van de Zorgverzekeraar en het Zorgkantoor structureel op orde.
