Tijdens deze stage krijg je de kans om écht impact te maken door onze CRM‑data te verbeteren, systemen te koppelen en inzichten te creëren die direct bijdragen aan betere klantcommunicatie en effectievere marketing- en salesactiviteiten. Als Database Marketeer Stagiair(e) werk je mee aan het optimaliseren van ons CRM‑systeem SuperOffice. Je ondersteunt bij het verbeteren van datakwaliteit, het opzetten van segmentaties en het ontwikkelen van dashboards. Daarnaast speel je een rol in de koppeling van onze nieuwe website aan het CRM, het inrichten van marketing automation‑flows en het verder professionaliseren van data‑beheer en optimalisatie. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opschonen en structureren van data in ons CRM‑systeem; - Opzetten van klantsegmenten en voorbereiden van klantmailings; - Analyseren van data en vertalen naar waardevolle inzichten; - Identificeren van kansen en deze onder de aandacht brengen bij Sales; - Bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van SuperOffice; - Opzetten en onderhouden van dashboards voor datarapportages; - Meewerken aan de ko...
