Plainsight is op zoek naar een Databricks Platform Engineer / Data Engineer.

Plainsight is op zoek naar:

  • Ondersteuning bij nieuwe en bestaande klanten voor de opzet van data platformen, AI applicaties en rapportering.
  • Een collega die snel weg is met Databricks
  • Iemand die de brug maakt tussen business en IT; die beiden technische kwaliteit en open communicatie hoog in het vaandel draagt.
  • Iemand die goed is in het ontrafelen van drie-letterwoorden zoals ETL, dbt, DWH, PBI, SQL, XML, ...

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Sterke kennis van SQL; je weet dat een 'Table' niet enkel is om aan te zitten.
  • Ervaring met Python; je hebt notie van Pandas , Polars ‍❄️ en DuckDB .
  • Ervaring met cloud-platformen zoals Azure, AWS of GCP.
  • Ervaring met ETL-processen en datamodellering.
  • Affiniteit met data-analyse en business intelligence.
  • Kan omgaan met ongestructureerde data zonder zelf ongestructureerd te worden.

Kennis van volgende tooling is een plus:

  • Databricks
  • Power BI en Microsoft Fabric
  • Azure Synapse
  • SQL Databases
  • Azure DevOps
  • Visual Studio Code
  • Andere: Yaml, Terraform, Bicep
