Jouw rol als Datacenter Technieker?

Ben jij een hands-on technicus met een passie voor elektriciteit, elektromechanica, HVAC of industriële onderhoudstechnieken? Voor een datacenter omgeving zijn wij op zoek naar een Datacenter Technieker.

Je wordt er deel van de backbone van het datacenter. Je komt terecht in een ‘high-availability’ omgeving waar operationele discipline, veiligheidsbewustzijn en snelle reactie op incidenten van cruciaal belang zijn. De focus ligt hier op het garanderen van de beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van de elektrische, mechanische en klimaatsystemen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Monitoren van de kritieke technische infrastructuur van het datacenter.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud en het doen van operationele controles.
  • Beheren en ondersteunen van elektrische installaties, stroomverdeling, UPS-systemen en noodgeneratoren.
  • Monitoren en ondersteunen van koeling, ventilatie en HVAC-systemen.
  • Ondersteunen van geplande onderhoudswerken en infrastructuur-upgrades.
  • Snel en adequaat reageren op alarmen, incidenten en storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijns troubleshooting op elektromechanische installaties en het analyseren van de 'root causes'.
  • Zorgen dat de technische ruimtes altijd schoon, veilig en correct georganiseerd zijn volgens de strikte procedures.
  • Nauwkeurig registreren van interventies, incidenten en technische observaties.
  • Begeleiden van externe techniekers en leveranciers binnen de beveiligde zones en het coördineren van hun interventies.
  • Uitvoeren van rack-and-stack activiteiten, installeren/vervangen van technische apparatuur, bekabeling en patching. (Afhankelijk van de specifieke zone)

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring in: - Elektriciteit - Elektromechanica - Industriële Onderhoudstechnieken - HVAC
  • Je hebt hands-on ervaring met technische installaties of in een industriële omgeving (bijv. met laagspanning, verdeelborden, UPS, generatoren, koelingssystemen, of Building Management Systemen).
  • Je kunt technische plannen, schema's en documentatie lezen en begrijpen.
  • Je beheerst engels op een C1 niveau of hoger.
  • Je bent veiligheidsbewust en volgt procedures nauwkeurig op.
  • Tijdens incidenten blijf je kalm, accuraat en oplossingsgericht handelen.
  • Je bezit sterke technische kennis, nieuwsgierigheid en uitstekende troubleshooting skills.
