Dataflow Specialist Introductie (Unfortunately this client is looking for candidates fluent in Dutch) Ga jij aan de slag als Dataflow Specialist in omgeving Oss? Vind jij het leuk om problemen uit te zoeken die niet met één druk op de knop zijn opgelost? In deze functie ondersteun je professionele gebruikers van bedrijfskritische software. Je combineert klantcontact met analyse en IT: je onderzoekt meldingen, achterhaalt waar een probleem ontstaat en zorgt ervoor dat applicaties en gegevensstromen weer goed functioneren. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers die vragen of problemen hebben met de software. Sommige vragen kun je direct beantwoorden, andere vragen vragen om verder onderzoek. Je analyseert wat er gebeurt, verzamelt de benodigde informatie en schakelt waar nodig met collega's van Development of andere specialisten. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen het oplossen van een melding. Je probeert te begrijpen wat een klant daadwerkelijk nodig heeft, signaleert terugkerende problemen en denkt mee over structurele verbeteringen. Ook draag je bij aan het actueel houden van documentatie en werkprocedures. De functie is interessant voor iemand die graag met mensen werkt, maar tegelijkertijd nieuwsgierig is naar wat er technisch achter een applicatie gebeurt. Ervaring binnen IT is daarbij niet noodzakelijk.
