Ben jij een dataspecialist met oog voor detail, ervaring met bouwkundige tekeningen en AutoCAD? Wil je werken in een dynamische omgeving waarin je data en technologie combineert met de bouwsector? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als dataspecialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, controleren en uitwerken van data van diverse projecten met verschillende softwareapplicaties. Daarnaast coördineer en deel je kennis met collega's, waaronder projectcoördinatoren en maatvoerders, en help je hen bij de uitvoering van meetwerkzaamheden. Je rapporteert aan de Team Manager Bouw en Industrie. Ervaring met BIM is mooi meegenomen! Ons team werkt steeds vaker met modelgebaseerde methodieken en we staan open voor jouw expertise. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een relevante richting (bijv. Bouwkunde, Geo-informatica). - Aantoonbare werkervaring als dataspecialist. - Ervaring met AutoCAD is een must. - Kennis van software zoals MCNExt - Kennis van BIM, MOVE3D en Cylone is mooi meegenomen. - Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. - Je bent proactief, communicatief sterk en een echte teamspeler.
