DAV'er VoltijdZuid-Limburg 31 oktober 2025 Bouw & Infra Job Overview Kenmerken van de functie Als DAV'er verwijder en verpak je asbest op een veilige en verantwoorde manier. Je volgt de instructies van de DTA (Deskundig Toezichthouder Asbestverwijdering) op. Je bereid werkgebieden voor en bouwt zogeheten containments op. Na uitvoering van de saneringswerkzaamheden en officiële vrijgave ruim je het werkgebied op en lever je, samen met de DTA, het werk op. Werkzaamheden - Het opbouwen van een containment en het afzetten van het te saneren gebied c.q. werkgebied. - Het op een veilige wijze verpakken en afvoeren van met asbest besmette materialen. - Het schoonmaken van de werkplek en de gebruikte materialen. - Het in- en uitladen van benodigde materialen en gereedschappen. - Het signaleren en melden van probleemsituaties, onveilige situaties, afwijkingen en dit melden bij de DTA'er. - Overleggen met de DTA'er over het verloop van het werk en meedenken op het gebied van de uitvoering. - Past de regel met betrekking tot het dragen van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM) correct toe. - In alle, maar zeker in bewoonde situaties, met de hoogst mogelijke zorg omgaan met de omgeving en bewoners.
