Zorg DBC Adviseur - Specialist Zorgadministratie Tijdens een overleg met het zorgmanagement en de medisch specialistische staf komt de vraag op tafel waarom de productie achterblijft. Op het eerste gezicht lijkt alles goed geregistreerd, maar jij ziet al snel waar het schuurt: in de vertaling van zorg naar DBC's. Je duikt in de data, analyseert het proces en komt niet alleen met een verklaring, maar ook met een concreet verbeterplan. Je weet hoe je jouw advies overbrengt: inhoudelijk sterk en zonder ruis. Over de vacature Match criteria Regio - Landelijk Gewenst aantal uren - 32 - 40 uur Functiegroep - Zorg Opleidingsniveau - HBO - WO Dienstverband - Vast dienstverband Functieniveau - Medior - Senior Wat breng jij mee? - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring DBC-adviseur, zorgcontroller of senior binnen de zorgadministratie. - Diepgaande kennis van DBC/DOT, MSZ en relevante wet- en regelgeving (zoals NZa en horizontaal toezicht). - Ervaring met EPD-systemen zoals HiX of EPIC. - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Gezondheidswetenschappen, Bedrijfskunde of Finance & Control. - Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en weet anderen mee te nemen in jouw advies. - Je woont in of rondom de Randstad, hebt een rijbewijs en bent bereid te reizen.
