Onze klant is een Belgisch familiebedrijf actief in bouw, infra, transport, logistiek en hijswerk. De kernactiviteiten zijn grond- en wegenwerken, afbraak en sanering, uitzonderlijk transport en kraanverhuur. Innovatie, duurzaamheid en nauwe samenwerking met stakeholders staan centraal. Daarnaast wordt ondersteuning geboden bij engineering en projectmanagement van diverse projecten wereldwijd.

Jobomschrijving

Als DBFM Manager stuur je infrastructurele projecten aan in zowel de aanbestedings- als uitvoeringsfase. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en bewaken van de projectbegroting en financiële ramingen, evenals het opzetten en actualiseren van de projectplanning.

Je coördineert het ontwerp- en bouwproces vanaf het programma van eisen tot aan de uitvoering en nazorg, en zorgt voor een integrale afstemming tussen de disciplines ontwerp, engineering, constructie, onderhoud en facilitaire dienstverlening. Je monitort de voortgang aan de hand van projectrapportages, stelt risicoregisters en beheersmaatregelen op en bewaakt de beheersing van scope, tijd, geld, kwaliteit, informatie en organisatie. Daarnaast zie je toe op contractmanagement (DBFM-contracten), toets je werkmethoden en kwaliteitsborgingsplannen en bewaak je de naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving. Je voert voortgangsoverleggen met stakeholders, bent aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, ingenieursbureaus, aannemers en leveranciers, en draagt bij aan het borgen van veiligheid en duurzaamheid op de bouwplaats.

Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bouwkunde, civiele techniek of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied. Je hebt bewezen ervaring in het succesvol aansturen van DBFM-projecten en sterke leiderschaps- en communicatievaardigheden. Je bent goed thuis in projectmanagementmethoden en -tools en hebt ervaring met financiële planning en budgetbeheer. Daarnaast denk je probleemoplossend, werk je nauwkeurig en ben je klantgericht.
