Je zorgt voor de toepassing van het corporate HR-beleid van RVO. Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van het HR-beleid, zodat RVO een geweldige plek blijft om te werken. Met jouw expertise als HR-adviseur breng je meerwaarde, zowel voor je eigen account als voor de gehele organisatie. Kerntaken • • Adviseren van het management: Je bent een strategische sparringpartner voor managers en ondersteunt bij een breed scala aan vraagstukken (o.a. strategische personeelsplanning, verzuim, arbeidsjuridische kwesties en leer- en ontwikkeltrajecten). Je sluit aan bij MT-vergaderingen en hebt regelmatig afstemming met de managers die je adviseert. • Borgen van HR-kaders: Je bewaakt de naleving van het HR-beleid en zorgt voor een consistente toepassing binnen jouw account. • Verder ontwikkelen van HR-beleid: Je denkt en werkt mee aan belangrijke thema's en organisatiebrede HR-ontwikkelingen. Achtergrond opdracht • • Vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof en ziekte. • 24-36 uur per week, bij voorkeur 32 uur. • Locatie: Den Haag, extra standplaats: Utrecht/ Zwolle/ Assen: Inlener is nog aan het schuiven met werkpakketten waardoor zwaartepunt van de werkzaamheden bepaald moet worden. • Optie op verlenging: 2x 4 maanden, Uiterste einddatum inzet (incl. verlengingen) dinsdag 31 augustus 2027.
