Je wordt onderdeel van een tijdelijke flexibele schil, die ondersteuning biedt aan de vijf faculteiten en de centrale staf gedurende een ambitieus veranderprogramma binnen de financiële kolom. In deze rol combineer je uiteenlopende financiële werkzaamheden met een bredere organisatiebrede verantwoordelijkheid. Je wordt ingezet waar de behoefte het grootst is en ondersteunt verschillende teams bij het uitvoeren van operationele, tactische en control-gerelateerde werkzaamheden. Hierdoor werk je in diverse omgevingen en krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende vraagstukken, belangen en stakeholders. Je levert niet alleen een bijdrage aan een correcte financiële uitvoering, maar helpt ook bij het versterken van de samenwerking tussen faculteiten en stafdiensten. Je bent flexibel, schakelt snel tussen werkzaamheden en weet vanuit jouw expertise direct waarde toe te voegen. Tegelijkertijd ontzorg je vaste collega's, zodat zij zich kunnen richten op het realiseren van de ambities van het veranderprogramma. Functie-eisen: Verder heb je • Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau passend bij de functie. • Kennis van financiële administratie, grootboekbeheer en periodeafsluitingen. • Ervaring met projectadministratie, projectmonitoring en control. • Ervaring met financiële rapportages en managementinformatie. • Kennis van financiële systemen, bij voorkeur Unit4, AFAS en/of Power BI. • Affiniteit met begrotingen, prognoses, investeringsvraagstukken en datamanagement. • Kennis van verslaggevingsregels...
