Je komt terecht in het team Schulddienstverlening. Het team bestaat uit 7 klantmanagers, 2 budgetbeheerders, 2 collega's van Vroeg eropaf, 2 administratief ondersteuners, een adviseur en een teammanager. Als klantmanager begeleid je inwoners met financiële problemen van de aanvraag tot en met de nazorg. Je voert gesprekken, brengt de financiële situatie in kaart, maakt afspraken en bepaalt welk traject nodig is. Je werkt daarbij samen met collega's binnen het sociaal domein en met externe partners. Daarnaast levert het team een bijdrage aan voorlichting en budgetcursussen voor inwoners. Wat ga je doen? • • Je behandelt aanvragen voor schulddienstverlening van aanmelding tot en met nazorg; • Je voert intake- en adviesgesprekken en brengt de financiële, persoonlijke en sociale situatie van de inwoner in kaart; • Je stelt op basis hiervan een passend traject op en bewaakt de voortgang; • Je treft minnelijke schuldregelingen en 100%-betalingsregelingen; • Je stelt waar nodig verzoekschriften op voor de wettelijke schuldsanering; • Je voert heronderzoeken uit binnen lopende trajecten; • Je legt afspraken, acties en voortgang zorgvuldig vast in de daarvoor bestemde systemen; • Je begeleidt inwoners bij het aanpakken van hun schulden en helpt hen om weer overzicht te krijgen over hun financiële situatie; • Je kunt omgaan met inwoners die door hun financiële situatie onder grote druk staan. Je communiceert duidelijk, maakt concrete afspraken en bewaakt deze; • Je gaat waar nodig actief op inwoners af bij signalen van betalingsproblemen, bijvoorbeel...
