Als DCS Engineer werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van een voedingsmiddelenfabriek in Zaandam. Bij deze producent van hartige smaakproducten ontwikkel en onderhoud je Siemens PCS7-systemen en aanverwante hard- en software. Je combineert dagelijkse productieondersteuning met investeringsprojecten en technische verbeteringen. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van programma’s en systemen in Siemens PCS7 - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen in het DCS en aanverwante hard- en software - Testen en optimaliseren van systemen en programmatuur voor een stabiel productieproces - Dagelijks ondersteunen van de productie bij automatiseringsvraagstukken - Deelnemen aan investeringsprojecten en initiëren van technische verbeteringen - Bijhouden en beheren van technische documentatie - Trainen van operators en technici in het gebruik van systemen Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de levensmiddelenindustrie - Grondige kennis van Siemens PCS7 of vergelijkbare DCS-systemen - Ervaring met Profibus en/of EtherNet/IP is een pré - Affiniteit met procesautomatisering en de voedingsmiddelenindustrie - Je analyseert problemen structureel en neemt zelfstandig initiatief om ze op te lossen - Je communiceert helder en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in projectteams Aanbod - Salaris passend bij je kennis en ervaring, plus een bonusregeling - 30 vakantiedagen - Pensioenregeling met 5% eigen bijdrage; de werkgever betaalt de rest - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer of volledige vergoeding van ov-reiskosten - Deelname aan een fietsplan - Ruimte voor opleiding, professionele ontwikkeling en doorgroei - Mogelijkheid om technische verbeteringen te initiëren en mee te werken aan investeringsprojecten
