Je wordt het technische aanspreekpunt voor de dealers die met de machines en systemen van onze opdrachtgever werken. Je werkt vanuit de organisatie en bent veel onderweg naar dealers en eindgebruikers. Wat krijg jij voor jouw inspanning? - een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.487,83 en € 4.987,-, afhankelijk van ervaring; - een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - een goede pensioenregeling via PME en de CAO Metalektro; - € 0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer; - 8% vakantiegeld; - 27 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen; - een laptop en mobiele telefoon; - een werkbus voor zakelijk gebruik; - mogelijkheden voor opleidingen en trainingen. Jouw werkzaamheden En nee, je bent hierbij niet degene die met een gereedschapskist iedere storing zelf gaat oplossen. Jij zorgt er vooral voor dat de dealer weet hoe iets werkt, problemen kan analyseren en zijn eigen klant goed kan ondersteunen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk zijn de eerste installaties. Je begeleid bij het installeren en in gebruik nemen van de machine. Je legt uit hoe alles werkt, denkt mee en zorgt ervoor dat de klant daarna zelfstandig verder kan. Daarnaast ben je voor dealers het aanspreekpunt wanneer zij tegen een technische vraag of uitdaging aanlopen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - dealers begeleiden bij eerste installaties bij de eindgebruiker; - uitleg geven over de werking, mogelijkheden en toepassing van machines en systemen; - dealers op locatie én op afstand onderste...
