DE FUNCTIE : AlsVerkoopondersteuning Duitslandheb je een uitdagende en dynamische functie in de motorcylce branche te pakken. Jij ondersteunt en faciliteert het commerciële buitendienst team (accountmanagers) met de administratieve werkzaamheden. Ook heb jij dagelijks (telefonisch) contact met onze klanten, dealers en samenwerkingspartners. Je beheerst de Nederlandse, Engelse, Duitse taal uitstekend zowel communicatief als schriftelijk. Jij bent proactief, commercieel en administratief vakkundig en niet bang om de telefoon te pakken, om ervoor te zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt. DIT ZIJN JE WERKZAAMHEDEN : - Klantcontact, je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten op de binnendienst; - Het verwerken van orders; - Het helpen van klanten met garantieclaims;
