Binnen de organisatie heerst een informele werksfeer waar samenwerking en eigen initiatief worden gewaardeerd. Omschrijving Als Debiteurenmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de debiteurenadministratie. Je hebt dagelijks contact met cliënten, zorgverzekeraars en interne stakeholders en speelt een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van de financiële processen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en bewaken van de debiteurenadministratie. - Opstellen, controleren en verwerken van facturen. - Actief opvolgen van openstaande posten en betalingsachterstanden. - Onderhouden van contact met cliënten, zorginstellingen en verzekeraars over facturen en betalingen. - Signaleren en oplossen van disputen en afwijkingen. - Bijdragen aan een gezonde cashflow. - Samenwerken met Finance, Zorgadministratie en Operations. - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen administratieve en financiële processen. Profiel van kandidaat Voor deze functie zoeken wij een kandidaat die beschikt over: - MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een financiële richting. - Ervaring met debiteurenbeheer, facturatie of financiële administratie. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding. - Analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail. - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en eigenaarschap. - Affiniteit met de zorgsector is een pré.
