Binnen een moderne en snelgroeiende organisatie in de HVAC‑sector krijg je een centrale rol in het debiteurenbeheer. De omgeving is analytisch, mensgericht en sterk procesgedreven, waardoor je een brede verantwoordelijkheid krijgt in het bewaken van de cashflow en het onderhouden van klantrelaties.

  • Analyseren van openstaande klantenrekeningen en betalingsgedrag.
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van dossiers en bewaken dat betalingen tijdig gebeuren.
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact onderhouden met klanten over openstaande facturen en betalingsafspraken.
  • Professioneel en assertief communiceren om duurzame klantenrelaties te behouden.
  • Bewaken van kredietlimieten en beoordelen van kredietwaardigheid.
  • Detecteren van risico’s en meedenken over passende oplossingen en betaalvoorwaarden.
  • Samenwerken met sales, operations en accounting om disputen efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Zorgen dat alle betrokken partijen correct geïnformeerd blijven.
  • Opstellen van rapportages en analyses rond openstaande vorderingen, risico’s en betalingsgedrag.
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties binnen het order‑to‑cashproces.
  • Kritisch evalueren van dossiers en processen om verbeterkansen te identificeren.
  • Bachelor in een economische of administratieve richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om financiële gegevens correct te interpreteren.
  • Vlot werken met Excel en financiële software.
  • Goed inzicht in boekhoudkundige principes en het belang van cashflow.
  • Professioneel en respectvol communiceren, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk.
  • Constructief moeilijke gesprekken kunnen voeren en balans bewaren tussen klantgerichtheid en financiële discipline.
  • Empathisch maar assertief in opvolging van betalingsafspraken.
  • Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en sterk in dossieropvolging.
  • Overzicht bewaren, prioriteiten inschatten en deadlines respecteren.
  • Administratief sterk en detailgericht.
  • Stressbestendig en nauwkeurig onder druk.
  • Initiatief nemen en meedenken over procesverbeteringen.
  • Teamplayer die graag samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Ownership nemen over dossiers en zelfstandig opvolgen van A tot Z.
