Heb jij een scherp oog voor nauwkeurigheid en wil je snel starten in een gerichte kantoorfunctie? Voor een organisatie in Soesterberg zoeken wij een debiteurenbeheerder voor 32 tot 38 uur per week. Het betreft een tijdelijk project van minimaal 3 maanden (met uitloop tot het einde van het jaar). In deze rol houd je je puur bezig met schriftelijk debiteurenbeheer. Je bent het digitale aanspreekpunt voor klanten met een betalingsachterstand. Ervaring in de financiële wereld is niet vereist; zolang jij gestructureerd werkt en de Nederlandse taal uitstekend beheerst in e-mailverkeer, werkt het team je binnen no-time in. Je schakelt waar nodig met incassopartners en zorgt dat elke administratieve handeling foutloos verwerkt wordt. Jouw taken : - Digital contact : Opstellen en versturen van betalingsherinneringen en aanmaningen via e-mail; - Dossierbeheer : Dossiers klaarmaken voor overdracht aan het incassobureau bij uitblijvende betaling; - Vraagbaak : Verwerken van inkomende mailberichten omtrent facturen en betalingsregelingen; - Rapportage : Bewaken van de voortgang en administratief opschonen van afgeronde dossiers. Wat wij bieden - Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen € 2.572,- en € 3.674,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. fulltime); - Direct starten in een tijdelijke rol tot ten minste het einde van het jaar; - Flexibele inzetbaarheid tussen de 32 en 38 uur per week; - Een prettige, informele kantooromgeving in Soesterberg met een uitgebreid inwerktraject.
