Jobomschrijving

Binnen ons financieel team van 8 collega’s maak je deel uit van de klantenboekhouding (4p). Jouw kerntaken omvatten:

  • Je volgt debiteuren op om ervoor te zorgen dat afgesproken betalingstermijnen gerespecteerd worden. Je bent hiervoor dagelijks in contact met de klanten via telefoon en mail. Je draagt actief bij om tot een oplossing te komen die voor de klant en de organisatie acceptabel is. Je volgt je afspraken nauwkeurig op
  • Je bereidt het schriftelijk rappelproces voor
  • Je overlegt pro-actief met onze regionale teams over gepaste acties in dossiers en je volgt deze op
  • Je volgt afbetalingsplannen op
  • Je maakt KPI kwartaalrapporteringen op met betrekking tot vervallen verkoopfacturen
  • Je overlegt met je collega's klantenboekhouding en je leidinggevende om procesverbeteringen op te pakken en op te volgen
  • Je documenteert een wijziging in een intern porces en deelt deze info met je collega's
  • Daarnaast neem je een aantal taken op samen met je collega’s klantenboekhouding: terugstortingen aan klanten, opvolging van het groeps-mailadres, bezorgen van bankattesten …
  • Je houdt van veelvuldig telefonisch contact met de klanten, waarbij je een gezonde assertiviteit combineert met de nodige diplomatie
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om een sterk teamresultaat neer te zetten
  • Je behoudt makkelijk het overzicht van je taken, werkt nauwkeurig en kan ook de nodige prioriteiten stellen
  • Je bent goed vertrouwd met Excel en Word (Windows Office) - ervaring met Business Central vormt een pluspunt
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis Frans (schriftelijk & mondeling) - kennis Engels is welkom
  • Je hebt een boekhoudkundige basis opgebouwd door opleiding of ervaring, en je hebt minimum 5j ervaring in debiteurenbeheer
