Kom jij het team versterken? Over het werk Als medewerker debiteurenadministratie ben je onderdeel van een hecht en hardwerkend team. Het team bestaat uit 2 medewerkers, maar maken jullie onderdeel uit van de totale financiële administratie die uit ongeveer 20 mensen bestaat. Samen met jouw 2 directe collega's zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de debiteurenadministratie en zijn jullie gedurende de dag bezig met het onderhouden van contacten met klanten met als primaire doel het binnenhalen van vervallen debiteuren/posten. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit het telefonisch benaderen van debiteuren naar aanleiding van de aanmaningsbrieven, het bijhouden van de voortgang van betalingen van facturen, het verwerken van de bankafschriften en aansluiting maken met het grootboek en afstemmen van de tussenrekeningen en het onderhouden van het activa register waaronder het investeren en desinvesteren van bedrijfsmiddelen. Wekelijks worden de in- en excasso betaling klaargezet en periodiek versturen van aanmaningsbrieven volgens de richtlijnen. Wanneer een debiteur na aanmaning en telefonisch contact niet wil of kan betalen bespreek je dit met de teamleider voor een opschortingsprocedure. Wanneer de opschortingsprocedure niet resulteert in betaling, ga je in overleg met je teamleider om het dossier over te dragen aan het incassobureau.
