Debiteurenbeheerder Wat ga je doen? Wij zoeken versterking voor onze financiële afdeling met een specialisme in het debiteurenbeheer. Als debiteurenbeheerder ga jij aan de slag vanuit ons prachtige hoofdkantoor in Waalwijk. Je zit dus dicht bij het vuur en ziet direct waaraan je werk bijdraagt. Het financiële team bestaat uit 7 collega's. In deze rol ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het gehele debiteurenproces. Jullie zorgen ervoor dat de debiteurenvorderingen tijdig en zo volledig mogelijk worden geïnd. Jij ziet erop toe dat de betaalafspraken opgevolgd worden en onderneem jij actie waar nodig. Denk hierbij aan het opstellen van aanmaningen, treffen van betalingsregelingen en de opvolging hiervan. Dit doe je zowel telefonisch als per mail. Daarnaast bestaan je werkzaamheden onder andere uit: - Het verzenden van betaaloverzichten en aanmaningen; - Zorgdragen voor correcte documentatie en dossiervorming; - Contact onderhouden met externe partijen zoals incassobureaus en curatoren. Profiel Debiteurenbeheerder Wie ben jij? Natuurlijk is het fijn als je al relevante werkervaring hebt opgedaan in een soortgelijke functie binnen de Automotive. Maar wanneer dit niet zo is, kunnen wij jou met ons ervaren team alles leren. Het belangrijkste voor ons is dat jij kennis hebt van het debiteurenproces, beschikt over een proactieve instelling en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Je werkt gestructureerd, bent doelgericht en tactvol. Verder herken jij je in het onderstaande profiel: - Afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding in financiële richting; - Kennis van Exact Globe en Excel is een pré; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Beschikbaar voor minimaal 36 tot 40 uur.
