The posting

STEF is voor haar vestiging in Oostkamp, met ongeveer 300 medewerkers, specialist in de distributie van goederen onder gecontroleerde temperaturen op (inter)nationaal vlak, op zoek naar een Debrief chauffeur (V/M/X) voor een vast dienstverband.

Uw rol?

Als Debrief chauffeur maakt u deel uit van het transportteam en bent u verantwoordelijk voor de controle van alle papieren van de chauffeurs.

Controle papieren chauffeur

  • U controleert de papieren van de chauffeur op volledigheid.
  • U controleert de pallettenruil en de temperatuur op de papieren.
  • U koppelt terug met de verantwoordelijke van onze eigen chauffeurs en de transportmanagers van de onderaannemers.

Klankbord voor de chauffeur

  • U bent de eerste persoon die de chauffeur ziet bij aankomst in het bedrijf.
  • U leidt de chauffeur op om de input van de pallettenruil en de temperatuurregistratie correct uit te voeren.
  • U bouwt een band op met de chauffeurs en detecteert proactief problemen.

Extra taken

  • U gaat de geloste palletten van de externe chauffeurs steekproefsgewijs controleren op de kaai.
  • U doet de administratieve verwerking van de documenten van de onderaannemers en de stockage klanten.

Uw profiel?

Administratieve skills

  • U beschikt over een eerste administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke of operationele omgeving.
  • U bent een echte administratieve duizendpoot die nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt.
  • U communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede basiskennis van het Frans en van het Engels. Het kennen van een Oost-Europese taal is een pluspunt.
  • U kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers gelijktijdig aandacht vragen.
  • U schrikt niet terug voor repetitieve taken.
  • U beschikt over een degelijke kennis van Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

People skills

  • U bent sociaal en empathisch en kan een luisterend oor zijn voor onze chauffeurs.
  • U staat sterk in uw schoenen en kan goed omgaan met mensen.

U werkt in een tweeploegenstelsel: week om week afwisselend vroege ploeg (6u tot 14u) en late ploeg (14u tot 22u). Dit kan afwijken tijdens de opleidingsperiode.
