Kern van de opdracht Zorg voor een juiste, tijdige en volledige registratie van geleverde zorg door registratieprocessen te analyseren, registratieafspraken te ontwikkelen en de naleving hiervan te bewaken. Adviseer en ondersteun zorgprofessionals bij de toepassing van wet- en regelgeving, identificeer verbetermogelijkheden in processen en systemen en implementeer passende maatregelen. Voer data-analyses uit en lever managementinformatie aan. Eisen -Dienstverband: ZZP (of detachering) - Hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring met zorgregistratie, bronregistratie of ziekenhuisadministratie. - Kennis van DBC/DOT-registratie en relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Ervaring met ziekenhuisinformatiesystemen, bij voorkeur Epic. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en goede kennis van Excel. - Ervaring met het opstellen van analyses, adviezen en verbetervoorstellen. - Affiniteit met zowel Finance als ICT. - Communicatief vaardig en in staat om effectief samen te werken met management, zorgprofessionals en ondersteunende afdelingen. - Proactieve, resultaatgerichte en zelfstandige werkhouding.
