Declarant Cleve & Zonen is al 90 jaar een betrouwbare partner binnen de logistieke keten. Dagelijks houden wij ons bezig met groupage (LCL) en volle containers (FCL). Wij zijn sterk in zeevracht en verzorgen daarnaast ook luchtvracht. Naast deze kernactiviteiten bieden wij extra diensten aan, zoals importnominatie, opslag en distributie, douanezaken en verzekeringen. Via 60 directe aanloophavens bedienen wij wereldwijd ruim 700 bestemmingen. Binnen Cleve & Zonen werken we in een informele sfeer, met ruimte voor ambitie en persoonlijke groei. Als declarant ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor een snelle en correcte afhandeling van douaneformaliteiten. Je werkt volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving en hebt te maken met een breed scala aan goederen. Cleve & Zonen beschikt over een AEO-vergunning en handelt volledig volgens de bijbehorende richtlijnen. Functie omschrijving: - opmaken van Invoer- opslag en uitvoer documentatie (DMS); - toepassen van de juiste goederencodes, douaneregelingen en oorsprongsregels; - controleren van documenten zoals facturen, paklijsten en vervoersdocumenten; - contact onderhouden met de Douane, klanten en collega's; - signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen of fouten in aangiften - adviseren van klanten- en collega's over douane gerelateerde vraagstukken - bijhouden van wijzigingen in douanewetgeving en deze toepassen in de praktijk Jouw Profiel - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting logistiek of douane; - in het bezit van een diploma Declarant (EVO of Fenex); - gedegen kennis van de douanewetgeving en ervaring met douaneaangifte proces in DMS; - uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels; - uitgebreide kennis van douanewetgeving en procedures; - nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en communicatief sterk; - een goed cijfermatig inzicht; Wij bieden: - een uitdagende en afwisselende baan in een dynamische en groeiende organisatie; - salaris tussen de €.3000,- en...
