Voor een internationaal gespecialiseerd logistiek bedrijf in Schiedam zijn wij op zoek naar een Declarant die douaneformaliteiten beheerst en graag de volgende stap in zijn of haar loopbaan zet. Ons aanbod - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.200 en €4.200 op basis van 40 uur per week, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring; - Een aantrekkelijke dertiende maand bovenop je vaste salaris; - Een goede pensioenregeling waarbij de organisatie een substantieel deel bijdraagt; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld per jaar; - Ruimte voor trainingen en opleidingen binnen de douane- en logistieke wereld, met persoonlijke begeleiding; - Directe samenwerking met operationele collega's, zodat jouw expertise als Declarant meteen impact heeft. Wat ga je doen als Declarant - Signaleren, registreren en rapporteren van afwijkingen binnen de uitvoering van douaneformaliteiten; - Contact onderhouden met de Douane over de behandeling en afhandeling van aangiften; - Samenwerken met de operationele afdeling om een optimale dienstverlening richting klanten te realiseren; - De status bewaken van aangiften, lopende verzoeken en overige douaneprocessen; - Interne stakeholders adviseren en informeren over douaneformaliteiten en bijbehorende procedures. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Declarant - Een afgeronde opleiding tot Declarant; - Minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen expeditie, transport of logistiek; - Zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen en tegelijk prettig samenwerken binnen een professioneel team; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, mondeling én schriftelijk.
