Dan is deze functie bij Berkman Forwarding iets voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Declarant Import Zeevracht ben jij dé douanespecialist binnen ons team. Je zorgt ervoor dat inkomende zeevrachtzendingen correct, tijdig en volgens de wetgeving worden verwerkt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Verzorgen van invoer-, uitvoer- en transitaangiften (als ondersteuning van de operationele afdeling). - Indienen van NVWA-, PD- en veterinaire aangiftes via systemen als CLIENT Import en TRACES. - Klanten adviseren over douaneprocedures en Taric-codes. - Toepassen van actuele douanewetgeving. Tussendoor kun je terecht in de koffiecorner en klets je bij met collega's. Gezellige lunches, korte lijnen en een fijne sfeer maken je werkdag compleet. Jij past hier als je... - MBO-niveau 4 (transport/logistiek gerelateerd); - Een afgeronde opleiding tot Declarant heb; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring hebt in een vergelijkbare functie - Ervaring hebt met douanesystemen zoals DMS, DVA en Portbase - Ervaring hebt met douaneprocessen - Bekend bent met import- en exportwerkzaamheden Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin: - Werk je nauwkeurig en houd je overzicht, ook onder tijdsdruk - Communiceer je helder met klanten, collega's en autoriteiten - Denk je mee over procesverbeteringen en kwaliteit - Werk je zelfstandig, maar zoek je actief de samenwerking op - Neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers en je vak Wat wij bieden: Bij Berkman Forwarding werk je in een professionele, internationale omgeving waar vertrouwen, duidelijkheid en aandacht voor mensen c...
