FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een toonaangevende wafelbakkerij in Herentals zijn wij op zoek naar gemotiveerde deegbereiders / mengers die willen werken in een 2-ploegensysteem.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct bereiden van deeg volgens vaste recepturen en procedures. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het productieproces en draagt dagelijks bij aan de productie van kwaliteitsvolle wafels.

Jouw taken

  • Bereiden van deeg volgens vastgelegde recepturen en productieprocedures
  • Bedienen van installaties in de deegkamer
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces
  • Correct bijhouden van productie- en controleadministratie
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en hygiëne op de werkplaats
  • Meehelpen bij het reinigen en ontsmetten van installaties

PROFIEL

  • Je bent gemotiveerd, werklustig en neemt initiatief
  • Je kan zelfstandig en gestructureerd werken
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel Vroege ploeg: 06:00 – 14:00 Late ploeg: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Flexibiliteit in starturen is mogelijk (tussen 4u – 6u en 12u – 14u)
  • Een diploma bakker, patissier of kok is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt enige ervaring in productie
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands of Engels
