Voor een moderne en goed uitgeruste productieomgeving, gespecialiseerd in koekjes en gebak, zoeken we een gemotiveerde operator. Hier wordt al meer dan 60 jaar met passie gewerkt aan heerlijke zoetigheden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt met grondstoffen zoals marsepein, kokos, ei en bloem, en stelt op basis van de productieplanning de juiste mengsels samen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat deze correct worden overgebracht naar de productielijn.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opstart, afstelling en omschakeling van de productielijn.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team van 5 à 6 collega’s waarin goede samenwerking centraal staat.

Geen ervaring in voeding? Geen probleem!

Ook als je nog nooit zelf een cake hebt gebakken, ben je welkom. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding op de werkvloer, waarbij je stap voor stap wordt ingewerkt door ervaren collega’s. Zo leer je het productieproces én je team goed kennen voor je zelfstandig aan de slag gaat.

  • Je hebt best al ervaring als operator, al moet dat niet speciaal in de voedingssector zijn.
  • Je bent stipt en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent een teamplayer.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis
