Als deelgebiedplanner zorg je ervoor dat de inhoudelijke en technische planning van een toegewezen deelgebied volledig voldoet aan de contractvoorwaarden en scope-eisen. Je werkt aan ontwerp-, aankoop- en uitvoeringsplanningen en bewaakt de voortgang door te meten, te analyseren en advies te geven over kansen en risico’s binnen het project. Je maakt zowel deterministische als probabilistische planningen, waaronder Monte Carlo‑simulaties. Daarnaast stel je resources histogrammen en S‑curves op en toets je de geleverde input op basis van ervaring.

Je werkt planningen uit voor compenseerbare voorvallen, rapporteert in het voortgangscomité van het deelgebied en stemt af met de verantwoordelijke planningsbeheer over voortgang, uniformiteit en status. Je fungeert als katalysator tussen planningsbeheer en werkvoorbereiders en stroomlijnt informatie voor mutaties en voortgangsbewaking. Je zorgt voor integrale afstemming met risico, contract, document control en financiën en draagt verbetervoorstellen aan om het planningsproces te optimaliseren.

Je werkt meerdere scenario’s uit op basis van versnelling of vertraging, stuurt junior planners aan en communiceert met senior management en opdrachtgevers. Deelgebiedplanners fungeren als back‑up voor elkaar waar nodig.

Als deelgebiedplanner ben je een cruciale schakel in de realisatie van complexe infrastructuurprojecten.

  • Minimaal vier jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur technisch georiënteerd.
  • Kennis en ervaring met projectmanagement en software zoals Oracle Primavera P6, MS Excel, Primavera Risk Analysis, TILOS, TurboChart, MS Project, SharePoint en Relatics .
  • Ervaring met contractmanagement en risicomanagement.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift.
  • Ervaring met technische projecten in verschillende fasen.
  • Positief kritische, flexibele en proactieve instelling, zorgvuldig en analytisch sterk.
  • Leiderschapsvaardigheden en sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Als deelgebiedplanner beschik je over het inzicht en de structuur om complexe planningsprocessen te sturen en te optimaliseren.
