Als Deelgebiedplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, coördinatie en opvolging van de werkzaamheden binnen jouw toegewezen deelgebied.

Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten efficiënt worden uitgevoerd, beschikbare middelen optimaal worden ingezet en deadlines worden gehaald.

Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders, uitvoerders, onderaannemers en klanten om een vlotte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden te garanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen en beheren van de planning voor projecten binnen het toegewezen deelgebied.
  • Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met projectleiding, werfleiding en externe partners.
  • Coördineren van mensen, materieel en middelen om een efficiënte uitvoering te verzekeren.
  • Signaleren van risico's, knelpunten en capaciteitsproblemen en proactief oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Bewaken van de voortgang van projecten en waar nodig bijsturen van de planning.
  • Analyseren van prestatiegegevens en rapporteren over voortgang en bezetting.
  • Ondersteunen bij het voorbereiden van werfopstarten en uitvoeringsfasen.
  • Zorgen voor een optimale samenwerking tussen verschillende projecten binnen het deelgebied.
  • Actief bijdragen aan continue verbetering van planningsprocessen.
  • Graduaat, Bachelor of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Bouwkunde, Industrieel Ingenieur, Logistiek of een relevante richting.
  • Ervaring in planning, projectcoördinatie of werforganisatie is een sterke troef.
  • Sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met planningssoftware (MS Project, Primavera of vergelijkbaar) is een plus.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en talent voor stakeholdermanagement.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een meerwaarde.
