Voor een sterk en stabiel productiebedrijf in de regio Ieper is Randstad op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en veelzijdige Administratief Bediende met een goede basis in boekhouding.

Zoek jij een deeltijdse functie met veel afwisseling, een ruim takenpakket en een fijne werksfeer? Dan is deze opportuniteit vast iets voor jou!

Als Administratief Bediende ben jij een onmisbare spilfiguur op de administratie. Je ondersteunt zowel de orderverwerking, de boekhouding als de personeelsadministratie:

Ervaring & Kennis: Je hebt een goede basiskennis van boekhouding en financiele verwerking. Ervaring binnen een productie-omgeving is een pluspunt.

Talenkennis: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels (voor telefonisch en e-mailcontact).

Vaardigheden: Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en bent sterk met cijfers. Je blijft ook op drukkere momenten stressbestendig en gestructureerd.

Attitude: Je bent klant- en servicegericht en werkt graag grondig.

Beschikbaarheid: Je bent deeltijds beschikbaar voor 2 tot 2,5 dagen per week, waarbij aanwezigheid op woensdag (volledige dag) noodzakelijk is. De overige uren/dagen zijn in onderling overleg bespreekbaar.

Orderverwerking & Productieondersteuning:

  • Ingeven en verwerken van klantorders in het ERP-systeem.
  • Opmaken van orderbonnen en zendnota's.
  • Tijdige invoer van gegevens ten behoeve van de productieplanning.
  • Bestellen van grondstoffen in functie van de productiebehoefte.

Boekhoudkundige Administratie (Exact Online):

  • Opvolgen, verwerken en opmaken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen.
  • Inboeken van facturen in Exact Online en voorbereiden voor interne controle.
  • Voorbereidende werkzaamheden voor boekhoudkundige verwerkingen en aangiftes.

Loon- en Personeelsadministratie:

  • Controleren en verwerken van de gewerkte uren (ook van interimmedewerkers).
  • Opvolgen van de verlofregistratie in overleg met de productie manager.
  • Praktische opstart van nieuwe medewerkers regelen (kledij, badges, opstartdocumenten).

Algemene Ondersteuning:

  • Documentenbeheer en klassement.
  • Eerste telefonische aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers, en interne doorschakeling.
