Beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en wil je bezoekers en medewerkers zo optimaal mogelijk te woord te staan en verder helpen? Dan ben jij de nieuwe collega die we zoeken.

Voor onze klant in Diegem, een toonaangevend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in het beheren en verduurzamen van kantoorgebouwen, zijn wij op zoek naar een deeltijdse office assistant.

In deze rol omvatten je verantwoordelijkheden onder andere:

  • Beheren van reservaties, voorbereiden en controleren van de vergaderzalen, afstemmen met het schoonmaakteam, ervoor zorgen dat de ruimtes steeds klaar zijn voor gebruik en gebruikers helpen met apparatuur of praktische vragen
  • Het aanspreekpunt en het gastvrije gezicht zijn voor huurders en gebruikers van de gemeenschappelijke faciliteiten, waaronder de vergaderfaciliteiten
  • Beheren van badges en toegangsrechten voor de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en zorgen voor een correcte en overzichtelijke administratie hiervan
  • Mee zorgen voor communicatie met huurders, community-initiatieven en ondersteuning bij het organiseren van evenementen, ontbijten, afterworks, enz. + initiatief nemen om bijkomende diensten voor de huurders te ontwikkelen en te coördineren, zoals bijvoorbeeld een carwash, droogkuis of andere praktische diensten op locatie.
  • Regelmatig rondgaan op de site en in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes om praktische problemen tijdig te detecteren, te controleren of alles proper, georganiseerd en goed functionerend is, en eventuele problemen die dringend aandacht vereisen te signaleren

Uurrooster:

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 9u tot 14u.

We zoeken een collega die over volgende eigenschappen beschikt:

  • Uitstekende kennis Nederlands en Frans en goede kennis Engels
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige onthaal-, hospitality- of klantenservicefunctie is een plus
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
  • Klantgericht, servicegericht en representatief
  • Sterk in organisatie en multitasking
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Discreet en professioneel in omgang met informatie
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Enthousiast en positief ingesteld
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar
  • Teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit
