Voor onze klant in Diegem, een internationaal advieskantoor voor audit, fiscaliteit, strategie, technologie en transacties, zijn we op zoek naar een deeltijdse onthaalmedewerker.

Jez staat garant voor een professioneel onthaal en een vlekkeloze dienstverlening. Je combineert klantgerichtheid met organisatorisch talent om bij te dragen aan een positieve en efficiënte werkomgeving.

Je taken zijn veelzijdig en boeiend en zien er als volgt uit:

  • Bezoekers warm verwelkomen en registreren en ondersteuning bieden bij kleine events
  • Toegangsbadges aanmaken, beheren en leveranciers doorverwijzen naar facilities desk
  • Telefoons beantwoorden/doorverbinden voor alle kantoren
  • E-mails tijdig behandelen of doorsturen
  • Vergaderruimtes controleren op orde/netheid en reservaties inplannen via de online kalender
  • Taxi’s boeken, vouchers uitschrijven en opvolgen
  • Dagelijkse opvolging inkomende/uitgaande post en koeriers
  • Lost & found opvolgen met facilities
  • Safety: bij brandalarm alarmsignalen opvolgen en evacuatie coördineren
  • Security: geen onbegeleide of verdachte personen toelaten; toezien op badgegebruik en verdachte situaties melden aan facilities
  • Bezoekersparking: overzicht bewaren van de bezoekersparking en de nummerplaten opvragen bij de bezoekers zodat zij kunnen gecontacteerd worden in geval van calamiteiten

Je werkt in een wekelijks wisselend uurrooster:

week 1 van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 7.30u tot 12.45u

week 2 van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 12.45u tot 18u.

Eligio is de marktleider in België op vlak van outsourcing van receptie en officediensten. Onze 400 medewerkers werken in vast dienstverband. Zij zijn dagelijks met veel enthousiasme aan de slag bij onze klanten, (middel)grote bedrijven verspreid over heel België en actief in diverse sectoren.

Profiel en vaardigheden:

  • Talenkennis: zeer goede kennis Nederlands; goede kennis van Frans en Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven
  • Persoonlijkheid: spontaan, empathisch, sociaal en klantvriendelijk
  • Aanpassingsvermogen: kan zowel zelfstandig werken als goed functioneren in teamverband
  • Werkwijze: nauwkeurig, ordelijk en overzichtelijk; discreet en vertrouwelijk; met aandacht voor orde, netheid en veiligheid
  • Digitale vaardigheden: goede computerkennis is vereist
