The posting

Bij Eligio, de Belgische marktleider in outsourcing van receptie- en officediensten, zetten onze 400 medewerkers zich elke dag vol enthousiasme in voor onze klanten. Deze klanten zijn (middel)grote bedrijven uit verschillende sectoren, verspreid over heel België.

Voor onze klant in 1210 Brussel, een internationaal gerenommeerd advocatenkantoor, zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die de receptie op een professionele manier beheert.

De taken omvatten o.a.

  • ontvangst en registratie van de bezoekers
  • beheer van inkomende telefoongesprekken
  • beheer van inkomende en uitgaande post, aangetekende zendingen, koerierdiensten
  • ondersteunende administratieve taken
  • behandelen van e-mails
  • maken van afspraken en bevestigingen uitsturen via e-mail
  • beheer van ophalingen van einde leasingwagens

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van van 8.30u tot 14.36u, zonder pauze (6,10u/dag - 30,5u/week)

  • Perfecte kennis Nederlands en zeer goede kennis Frans en Engels
  • Uitermate servicegericht - met de glimlach - vriendelijke uitstraling
  • Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig, klantgericht
  • Prioriteiten kunnen stellen
  • Oplossingsgericht
  • Sterk zijn in plannen en organiseren van het werk, prioriteiten kunnen stellen
  • Sterke betrokkenheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Uitstekende Kennis van de courante MS Office pakketten (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Vlot nieuwe computerprogramma's kunnen aanleren
  • Eerste relevante ervaring is een vereiste
