Als deeltijdse boekhouder neem je de financiële administratie zelfstandig in handen. Van dagelijkse boekingen en btw-aangiftes tot financiële rapporteringen en jaarafsluitingen: dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak blijven de cijfers correct en overzichtelijk. Ook de algemene administratie behoort tot jouw takenpakket.

Wat houdt jouw job concreet in?

- Inboeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen en verwerken van financiële verrichtingen. - Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiftes. - Opvolgen van de analytische boekhouding en verzorgen van maand- en jaarafsluitingen, inclusief de jaarbalans. - Opstellen van periodieke financiële rapporteringen voor de directie. - Ondersteunen van de algemene administratie, waaronder verzekeringen en sociale documenten.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Een diploma in een administratieve of boekhoudkundige richting.

- Vakkennis: Minstens 5 jaar relevante boekhoudkundige ervaring, aangevuld met een goede beheersing van Excel en Word. Ervaring met btw-aangiftes, analytische boekhouding, financiële rapporteringen en maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
