In Zonnebloem vzw, een multifunctioneel centrum (MFC) in Heule, zetten we ons elke dag met hart en ziel in voor kinderen en jongeren die nét dat tikkeltje extra zorg en aandacht nodig hebben.

Wij begeleiden:

  • Kinderen en jongeren van 0 tot 25 jaar met een ontwikkelingsvertraging, verstandelijke of meervoudige beperking binnen onze dagbesteding (therapeutisch kinderdagverblijf & dagcentrum – 46 plaatsen)
  • Kinderen met een beperking in kortverblijf binnen onze modules dagopvang en verblijf (15 plaatsen)
  • Via bij-ZON-der ondersteunen we gezinnen, kinderopvang en scholen met vorming en begeleiding op maat

Wij zoeken een chauffeur met een warm hart

Om ons team tijdelijk (met kans op een vaste tewerkstelling) te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een deeltijdse chauffeur.

Jouw profiel

We zoeken iemand die:

  • beschikt over het nodige rijbewijs (B) en de vereiste rijvaardigheid
  • veilig, defensief en verantwoordelijk rijdt
  • graag met kinderen en jongeren werkt
  • geduldig, rustig en empathisch is
  • respectvol omgaat met kinderen en jongeren met verschillende ondersteuningsnoden
  • betrouwbaar en stipt is
  • zelfstandig kan werken en afspraken correct opvolgt
  • flexibel kan omgaan met onverwachte situaties
  • stressbestendig is
  • duidelijk en op een professionele manier communiceert
  • discreet omgaat met informatie over kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen
  • zorg draagt voor het voertuig en materiaal
  • goed kan samenwerken met begeleiders, collega's en ouders/vertegenwoordigers

Jouw rol bij ons

Als buschauffeur sta je in voor het veilig en zorgzaam vervoeren van kinderen en jongeren van en naar MFC Zonnebloem Heule.

Je zorgt voor een rustige en aangename sfeer tijdens de busritten en hebt aandacht voor de individuele noden van de kinderen en jongeren. Je gaat op een respectvolle, geduldige en professionele manier met hen om.

Je volgt de afgesproken routes, tijdstippen en afspraken rond het busvervoer op. Je bent alert voor bijzonderheden en communiceert belangrijke informatie tijdig met de betrokken medewerkers.

Naast het veilig besturen van de bus, draag je mee zorg voor het voertuig en meld je eventuele problemen, schade of defecten.
