Ben je op zoek naar een uitdagende job in een warm team, dan ben je welkom in Leersteuncentrum Noord.

Als leerondersteuner in het gewoon onderwijs werk je trajecten uit met verschillende partners vanuit verbinding: leerkrachten(teams), zorgcoördinator, directie, ouders, externe hulpverleners, …Een leerondersteuner biedt leerondersteuning voor leerlingen met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften binnen scholen gewoon kleuter, lager en secundair onderwijs. Jij gaat als leerondersteuneer aan de slag binnen het basisonderwijs. Er wordt leersteun geboden aan leerlingen met een GC/IAC-verslag type 9, type 3 en type basisaanbod.

Als leerondersteuner werk je samen met leerkrachten(teams) uit het gewoon onderwijs, om samen tegemoet te komen aan de onderwijs- en ondersteuningsbehoeften van leerlingen met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften.

Hierbij wordt de focus gelegd op ondersteuning in fase 2 of 3 van het zorgcontinuüm.

De samenwerking en leersteun situeert zich op leerling-, leerkracht-, en teamniveau.

De focus van het leersteuncentrum ligt ook op het versterken van leerkrachten in het omgaan met leerlingen met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften en het mee helpen creëren van een inclusieve klas- en schoolpraktijk.

Afstemmen met de klas/vakleerkracht welke prioritaire specifieke onderwijsbehoeften eerst aangepakt moeten worden.

Aanpassingen maken (in werkboeken, materialen,…) en zoeken naar ondersteuningsmogelijkheden om de leerling met zijn beperking optimaal te laten participeren aan het klasgebeuren.

Leerkrachten versterken in het dagdagelijks lesgeven aan kinderen met gelijkaardige problematieken.

Afspraken maken met de zorgcoördinator over wie initiatief neemt in het organiseren van teamoverleg en het verloop van het leersteuntraject.

Actieve inbreng bij het bepalen van inhoud en doelen van de leersteun, tijdens de opstartgesprekken. Handelingsplanmatig werken en regelmatig het traject en de redelijke aanpassingen evalueren

Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma

Je bent loyaal aan de missie, visie en krachtlijnen die Katholiek Onderwijs Vlaanderen onderschrijft

je kent de missie en visie van het leersteuncentrum en draagt deze ook uit

Je bent bereid om te werken vanuit het inclusief gedachtengoed

Je engageert je om jouw opdracht eigentijds, correct en professioneel uit te voeren

Je hebt onderwijs-gerelateerde ervaring omtrent zorgbreed en kansenrijk onderwijs

Je beschikt over zeer goede communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Je bent goed in het coachen van leerkrachten en leerlingen

Je gelooft in het ontwikkelings- en handelingsgericht werken met alle betrokkenen

Je werkt handelingsplanmatig volgens een cyclisch proces

Je hebt notie van de regelgeving inzake het zorgcontinuüm

Je bent vertrouwd met Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en registreren

Je hebt een voertuig ter beschikking en kan je vlot verplaatsen
