Delivery Manager - Overheid (Rijk / Ministeries) - Interim - WO / MBA, HBO, ASL, Prince2, SCRUM-AGILE, TOGAF, BiSL, CSPO Delivery Manager Functieomschrijving Achtergrond opdracht DICTU is een grote ICT-dienstverlener van de Rijksoverheid (1.800+ professionals, Assen/Den Haag/Zwolle) en levert IT-systemen zoals applicaties, websites en apps voor overheidsklanten. Deze opdracht loopt bij het team Web & App Services in Assen (min. 2 dagen/week aanwezig), dat websites en apps ontwerpt, bouwt en beheert. De vraag naar 2 FTE inhuur is op dit moment urgent: door de aankomende pensionering van een collega en doordat andere collega's binnen het team (tijdelijk) extra verantwoordelijkheden op zich nemen. Hierdoor is er meer werk dan momenteel binnen het team kan worden belegd. De inhuur biedt ruimte om de aandacht van collega's te kunnen verleggen naar datgeen wat op dit moment de meeste prioriteit vraagt. Organisatorische context en cultuur DICTU levert ICT en digitale diensten voor EZ en een aantal andere ministeries. Ze zet haar kennis en ervaring in om de beleids- en organisatiedoelen van haar Opdrachtgevers optimaal te ondersteunen. Daarbij speelt ze in op de nieuwste technologische ontwikkelingen, zoals de Cloud. Ook borgt ze een hoogwaardige beveiliging van de gegevens die ze technisch beheert en bewaart.
