Als Delivery Manager Business Hub geef je leiding aan de teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de stabiliteit, continuïteit en kwaliteit van onze belangrijkste platformen en ketens. Dit zijn de omgevingen die ervoor zorgen dat klanten kunnen vergelijken, afsluiten, wijzigen en beheren - elke dag opnieuw. Jouw opdracht is helder: het fundament sterk en betrouwbaar houden, prioriteiten scherpstellen en teams voorspelbaar laten leveren op wat er echt toe doet. Je bewaakt de balans tussen continuïteit, klantwaarde, technische kwaliteit, security, compliance en businessimpact. Je bent zichtbaar, betrokken en hands-on. Je helpt teams keuzes te maken, haalt blokkades weg en pakt door wanneer dat nodig is. Je weet mensen te enthousiasmeren en te inspireren, en je maakt van precisie en betrouwbaarheid iets om trots op te zijn, juist in een omgeving waar de druk soms hoog is en de belangen groot zijn.
