Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in unserem Head Office in Vösendorf suchen wir eine/n 1 Demand and Supply Planner/in (m/w/d) Vollzeit 38,5 Wochenstunden, ab sofort

Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Großmärkte und Zustellhubs jederzeit optimal mit Ware versorgt sind und löst Bestellungen bei Lieferanten aus

* Du verwaltest und kontrollierst Lieferpläne sowie Kundenaufträge und reagierst schnell bei Fehlbeständen

* Du entwickelst Notfallpläne und setzt Maßnahmen um, damit unsere Warenflüsse reibungslos laufen

* Du verbesserst Bestellmengen und optimierst Prozesse, um Lagerbestände, Logistikkosten und Rentabilität zu steigern - dabei behältst du stets die wichtigsten KPI im Blick

* Du erstellst präzise statistische Prognosen für Kundenbedarfe, Verkaufszahlen und Werbemaßnahmen

* Du analysierst die Performance von Sortimenten und Werbeaktionen und kümmerst dich um die Bereinigung sowie Aktualisierung historischer Daten

* Du bist die Schnittstelle zu externen Partnern wie Lieferanten und arbeitest eng mit internen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Category Management, Logistik und Master Data Management zusammen

Qualifikationen

Deine Qualifikationen:

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management, oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Erfahrung

* Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder Einkauf mit

* Du kennst dich mit Dispositionsprozessen aus und hast idealerweise Warenkenntnisse

* Du arbeitest gern mit anspruchsvollen Computerprogrammen und bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office

* Du bist detailorientiert, analysierst gerne und arbeitest strukturiert

* Du bist kommunikationsstark, kannst dich durchsetzen und bringst Teamgeist mit

* Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse

Dein Gehaltspaket:

Dein Gehalt richtet sich nach deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung, die Details besprechen wir gerne persönlich. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Vollzeitstelle beträgt € 2.362,- brutto/Monat, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
