Als Demand Planner bij Bouter Cheese in Culemborg krijg je eigenaarschap over jouw forecasts en ruimte om planning en processen verder te verbeteren. En jouw werk zie je terug in de winkel: een groot deel van de kaas bij Albert Heijn gaat door onze handen. Wat ga je doen? Jij start bijvoorbeeld met de laatste verkoopcijfers. Wijkt de vraag af van de forecast? Staat er een introductie gepland of verwacht commercie een verandering? Jij brengt data en inzichten samen en bepaalt wat dit betekent voor de planning. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Opstellen en bijsturen van demand forecasts; • Afstemmen van forecasts en NPD's; • Voorbereiden van maandelijkse forecast consensus; • Analyseren en verklaren van afwijkingen; • Signaleren van trends en ontwikkelingen; • Verbeteren van processen en planningssystemen. Je werkt nauw samen met commercie en andere collega's binnen de keten. Daarbij neem je niet simpelweg verwachtingen over. Je stelt vragen, onderbouwt keuzes met data en zorgt voor een forecast waarop de organisatie kan sturen. Zie je mogelijkheden om analyses, systemen of werkwijzen slimmer in te richten? Dan krijg je ruimte om jouw ideeën verder te brengen. Waar ga je werken? Je werkt bij Bouter Cheese in Culemborg. Hier verwerken we alle kazen die we aan Ahold leveren. Ongeveer 80% van het kaasschap bij Albert Heijn komt bij ons vandaan. Jouw analyses hebben dus een tastbaar resultaat. Bouter Cheese is onderdeel van Royal A-ware, een internationaal familiebedrijf met meer dan 130 jaar historie en circa 3.000 collega's. We maken en verwerken onder andere kaas, dagverse zuivel, room en tapas. Ondernemerschap, korte lijnen en snel beslissen kenmerken onze manier van werken....
