Ervaring in demand planning en klaar om mee te bouwen aan een sterk supply chain-verhaal? Een internationale speler in de voedingssector zoekt een analytische demand planner om forecastingprocessen te leiden en voorraden optimaal te beheren. Deze familiale groep combineert internationaal bereik met lokale verankering. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in regio Roeselare werk je nauw samen met Sales, Supply Planning, Customer Service en Sales Support.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Volledige verantwoordelijkheid nemen over de vraagplanning binnen jouw productportfolio
  • Forecasts opstellen op basis van trends, klantgegevens, promoties, contracten en marktanalyse
  • Maandelijks de Demand Review leiden met Sales en andere stakeholders over KPI’s, forecast prestaties, en budgetten
  • Forecasts helder communiceren: base plan, risico’s, en opportuniteiten zodat het supply team kan anticiperen
  • Afwijkingen, trends en volumeverschuivingen tijdig detecteren en opvolgen
  • Risico’s op out-of-stocks, overstocks en plotse verschuivingen in de vraag accuraat inschatten en beheren
  • Stockbeheer optimaliseren: opvolging van slow movers, aging stock en uitfaseringen
  • Voorraadparameters instellen en beheren in lijn met producttype
  • Belangrijke KPI’s monitoren zoals Forecast Accuracy, Bias en Weeks on Hand
  • Intensief samenwerken met andere afdelingen om operationele en commerciële afstemming te garanderen
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in economie, business of supply chain
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in demand planning
  • Sterke kennis van Excel, forecastmethodieken en planningssoftware
  • Vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels, bijkomende talenkennis is een pluspunt
